Diving history
From copper helmet to sidemount
Standard diving dress, surface-supplied air, a helmet you bolt shut: for more than a century this was diving. Today the same idea, taking breathable air below the surface, fits on your back and is planned on a dive computer. Anyone who understands where the sport comes from handles its equipment differently: with respect, and with curiosity about what comes next.
