Theory, confined water, open-water scenarios and a debrief after every exercise.
You learn to recognise signs of stress, to change a dive in good time and to act in an organised way in an acute situation. Your own protection always remains part of the decision.
We combine exercises in confined water with scenarios in open water. The procedures are trained individually first and combined later. After each scenario we discuss what you perceived and why you acted the way you did.
Digital SDI learning materials, certification, air, weights, regular fees and the planned practical sessions are included. Required first-aid and oxygen-provider qualifications are checked before the course begins.
