Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Notice must be sent clearly to DiveWithSteini, Sven Steinhardt, Hasenplatz 4, 71083 Herrenberg, Germany, email: sven@divewithsteini.de.

Early start of services

If the participant expressly asks for services to begin before the withdrawal period ends, proportionate payment for services already provided may become due on a later withdrawal, provided the statutory information and consent requirements have been met.

Digital content and dated leisure services

Special statutory rules or exceptions may apply to digital learning content and leisure services booked for a specific date. The booking confirmation must reflect those rules correctly.
